Order processing

Orders placed on business days before 21:00 (CET) are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 21:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping carrier

All orders are shipped with PostNL.

Estimated delivery times

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days after shipment
• Belgium: 1–3 business days after shipment
• Rest of the European Union: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days after shipment

These are estimated delivery times once your order has shipped, not including the processing time above. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs delays or local carrier disruptions.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number so you can follow your package.
